As the agent, we facilitate the interview process by providing you with the farmer's name and contact information. You will then contact the employer, introduce yourself, and explain the purpose of your call.

Search Talent Solutions will provide you with the contact details of the interested employer.

Initiate contact with the employer to schedule a personal interview between 16:00 and 24:00 (SA time). Make persistent attempts to reach the potential employer. Do not cease efforts after one or two calls. Should you encounter difficulties in reaching the employer, please notify us promptly.

Remember, every farm and farmer is unique, so tailor your approach to fit the specific context of the interview, and remember you are not the only person interviewing for the job.

Good luck!
